The classes
Method
The concept class, so good we named it after ourselves. Get firmer, stronger and fitter without getting bulky as you target specific muscle groups with 3 mini circuits. We’ll keep your muscles guessing with specific overload techniques and rep ranges designed to transform.
Brazilian Method
Bottoms up! It’s time to get a Brazilian booty as we sculpt your glutes and core using resistance bands and isolated movements to stimulate all the right muscles. Walking the next day not guaranteed.
The Club
Giant sets with minimal rest will have your muscles screaming in the class that works to build total body strength, muscular endurance and promote lean muscle mass, not bulk.
